According to a recent survey conducted by Balance Living Magazine, the tool that almost 60% of people wanted to use better is removing blocks that keep you stuck from getting life to work for you. In second place the tool people wanted help with was the Law of attraction at 45%. That’s 15% more folks who wanted to get better at removing blocks than anything else.
When you think about it that would sort of make sense because what most people take away from the law of attraction is you should be having the life that you really want to have and if you are not there is something in the way. The phrase “confidence is everything” gets thrown about without a second thought, but it’s not really true – is it? Identifying your strengths is key to success in any endeavor. Sure, confidence is a key factor in success, but just because you are confident does not mean you are competent, and competency is far more important in the grander scheme of things. There is no use being confident in something you are incompetent at; overconfidence can be the key to failure. Don’t wildly overstep the boundaries of your ability, but be prepared to take a risk where necessary. Without taking the risks to demonstrate our ability we will not achieve our full potential, and acting to make the most of our skills is continually important in avoiding complacency and regressing.
