Eggs are healthy. Most people whoa re interested in holistic health and natural health have come to the conclusion that Dr. Mercola has their best interest at heart.

I agree with Dr. Mercola and what Vital Frams have to say in regards to the value of eggs as a good nutritional food and pasture-raised eggs are in the super-food category because eggs are healthy.
