When it comes to Senior Health Care, it’s a jungle out there. It looks like a maze. There are so many different trees in the forest of senior health care, option after option after option.

That is a very good thing when it comes to caring for seniors to have so many options, however it creates a big problem for both seniors and their children because when people think about what to do when they get sick they think the options are limited to about four options that they have.

The first thing is go see a doctor or their family doctor. From there the next step is going to the hospital. Most people aren’t even aware there are two different types of hospitals one can be admitted into. From there the general public are not aware of the wide range of other facilities one can recover in because the most widely known facility is the nursing home. After the nursing home there is the funeral home.

There are even companies that help veterans to get government benefits to cover the cost of the care. And less not forget the Long Term Care Insurance aspect of the big picture.
