I’m reminded of what a Master Teacher once said, are you are either volunteering to be a victim or a victor. All forms of abuse comes from mental-emotional abuse of some kind. That is the place where all abuse starts and to stop it requires self applicable tools to be able to remove the emotional abuse pressure that is built up in your bodies energy system.

Once you get the energetic charge out of your system you can train your thinking so that you never get in the same situation again.
